An update on The Nikaffeine Network:

I’m looking to meet other job seekers in varying industries to join the project. You need to show high levels of passion, integrity, good communication skills, and have a creative way of thinking as well as a desire to learn from others. While battling through the soul crushing experience of sending out job applications, my friend Nikki came up with an awesome idea. Based on the premise “it’s who you know” she has decided to work on expanding her professional network. She has started her own venture - The Nikaffeine Network - where she offers an hour of her time and her expertise for FREE and for anything. All that she requests in return is that you pass on her CV/business card/LinkedIn profile to one other person.

Her specialties lie in new ventures, ideas, social media, marketing and events management, but she is happy to get involved in anything you have going on. She is basically in it to meet new people and learn about great new things people are getting involved in.

She’s met with such a diverse range of people already (investment bankers, government directors, retired teacher, CEO of temporary housing company, recruitment consultant/agency, [charities], kids’ book/performances & former billionaire…). Who knows, maybe she can link you up with someone?
